Laurel Fork Falls is a deep gorge. about 1500 feet deep. It is off in the woods. The AT runs through it. It is a very popular placein the summertime, folks getting in the water and all. The left picture is of the trail descending down into the gorge. NOT a place to take a tumble. We have been here countless times without any problems. One of our favorite places. |
